I’m trying to keep each podcast at the 15-20 minute range (yes I have that 30+ minute Costa Rica on eBay show but that was one of my first shows and I rambled on about eBay for way too long but I learned my lesson . This podcast went over a little bit but the information provided during the interview with Andres was good stuff and I had a hard time editing it down any more so we went over a few minutes.

	00:39 - Andres Zamora Introduction
01:59 - Interview with Andres Zamora of Remax in Costa Rica
19:54 - Costa Rica News Roundup for week of May 7th through the 15th of 2007.
	21:35 - Costa Rica Spanish Lesson #10

I'm trying to keep each podcast at the 15-20 minute range (yes I have that 30+ minute Costa Rica on eBay show but that was one of my first shows and I rambled on about eBay for way too long but I learned my lesson :-). This podcast went over a little bit but the information provided during the interview with Andres was good stuff and I had a hard time editing it down any more so we went over a few minutes.

Andres Zamora is a Realtor (please note that the term Realtor is trademarked and only real estate agents who have taken specific courses in the U.S. and are members of the National Association of Realtors can use the term Realtor so you might see a lot of folks using that term in Costa Rica but Andres is the real deal) with Remax Ocean Surf Costa Rica.

His website has a lot of great info and pictures of properties all over the scale - from the very affordable to the uber expensive - for me at least :-)

During the interview we discussed one of his luxury listings you can check it out here. It's a beautiful mansion!
