Penny Layman moved to Costa Rica from Texas nine years ago and has been working in the real estate field in Costa Rica for eight years. Penny lives in Playa Tambor on the Nicoya Peninsula, she is a member of the Costa Rica Chamber of Real Estate Brokers and specializes in ocean view beach condos and homes in gated communities in Playa Tambor and its surrounding areas.
