Roger Petersen is an Attorney at Law, member of both the Costa Rican Bar and Florida Bar. In addition to his legal education, Mr. Petersen earned a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Tulane University and an M.B.A. in Banking and Finance at the San José, Costa Rica Campus of National University. He was born in Costa Rica and has been practicing law in Costa Rica for the past 15 years.
